Introduction
Our deliveries are confined within the whole of South Africa and fuel transportation is facilitated by our own extensive fleet of tanker trucks.
We operate out of all the major fuel refineries and we are proud to maintain the shortest order lead times possible in the industry, due to our complete dedication to our clients. Service superiority and product quality are non-negotiable at Bulk Fuel Services and we serve the industry with pride – directly from the refinery or from one of our state-of-the-art fuel depots.
Our specialist areas of operation are the mining sector and service station (retail sites). We supply from 5000 Lt to 39000 Lt diesel & 44000 Lt petrol in a single delivery.

Our Products and Services
Our products are ordered and collected directly from South Africa’s largest fuel providers.
We have supply contracts in place to ensure product availability and consistency.
Being supplied directly by the majors we cut out the middleman and can offer very competitive pricing in all sectors of the industry; we provide fuel to retail stations, agricultural, mining and logistics companies
We also offer a ‘COC’ (customer own collection) service, where other wholesalers can purchase product through Bulk Fuel Services and collect themselves at the refineries.
We pride ourselves by always having product available to service the smallest emergency.
Logistics
At Bulk Fuel Services we are very fortunate to have our own extensive fleet of state of the art bulk fuel tankers. To ensure all deliveries are done on time and in the right manner.
This gives us the surety that all deliveries are done within the promised timelines as we are in control of each delivery.
We make use of a 24-hour control room to ensure all operations are on time and can be traced; each enquiry will be handled with utmost importance.
Pricing
At Bulk Fuel Services we are able to give you the best rates as we procure product directly from SA’s oil majors.
Further negotiations on discounts can be done on the signing of supply agreements. Our prices are competitive because we cut the middle man out so our customers can get the benefit.
We are doing everything to achieve our goals and cut no corners. We work in accordance with the Department of Energy grid prices allocated to the different geographical areas of our country.
